Unable to use the app, stuck at login forever. After entering my company Mail ID and OTP, it takes me to their website in the browser and asks again to log in, this time using employee code and password. When I log in, it only works on the browser window; when I close and reopen the app, it asks for the credentials again. I tried four times and gave up; it was a very annoying process.

By far the best HR application that I've experienced in my 18 years of work life. It is very intuitive, easy to use and super effective. The app is responsive and smooth. The web application and app are both very intuitive and thus very easy to figure out where to find what. And now that my company has shifted to another HR application, its depressing! Cant say enough how badly I miss greyhHR. Superb job guys! Keep it up!

1)app daily ask for login that too repetitive & this issue is still not resolved by greythr team for more than 3months. 2) many time the the greythr app does not send mobile otp due to which the employee is unable to login the app. 3) the app faces login issues. it hangs. due to login issues employee attendance gets impact.

Hello Team, I am unable to log in to the GreytHR app for the last two days. After entering my login ID and password, the app gets stuck on the message: “Please wait, we are getting things ready for you.” I have already tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, and using different networks, but the issue still persists. Kindly resolve this at the earliest as it is affecting my work.

Always takes 5 mins to sign in...I need to close and open for a couple of times.. it took 15mins to singin today... 16-06-2025: it's the same issue....no improvement in performance. 23-06-2025: It's been 10mins since I'm trying to signin. No improvements have done in App performance. 29-07-25- Trying to signin since 10mins ,poor app performance.

All good except for one issue with daily signing in for work, post 1 hour after signing in it shows automatically signed out. Earlier this issue was not there kindly check and please resolve this issue, Thank you.
