GPay gave me a very bad experience. When I sent money through this app, it showed “Processing” on September 30, and then after a few days, it showed “Completed.” However, the cash was already debited from my account and credited to the recipient’s account on September 30 itself. Because of this, I couldn’t raise or report the issue to them at that time. So please, I kindly request you not to make any more transactions through this app. Please understand my situation.

My rs199 auto-pay is showing in pending still amount is getting debited every month. And while trying to restore my acc there always shows an error of "Something went wrong." My account is not getting restored and there is also not option of decline or accept the auto-pay. I have updated the app and done everything from my side. This platform is trying to get away from the responsibility. Deeply saddened by the service. Seeking for fair, quick and hurdle free redressel of my grievance.

I really appreciate the Digital Gold feature on GPay. It makes investing in gold so easy and convenient — I can buy anytime, anywhere! However, I have a small suggestion: currently, the app only shows the buying and selling prices, but it doesn’t display the average buying price. It would be very helpful if GPay could include this feature, so users don’t have to calculate it manually. I hope this feedback reaches the concerned team

Earlier, I used to get ₹101 for referring someone to the Google Pay application, but after the app update, it has been reduced to ₹11. Why is that? I am referring even more people now. If the reward is only ₹11 per referral, I won’t refer anyone. Earlier, I used to get ₹101 per referral, so it should have increased to ₹201 or ₹301, not decreased to ₹11.

absolutely pathetic support service. there is an Auto pay cancellation issue from their app end . its a bug on their end , the merchant has successfully cancelled the auto pay but it still shows up in their Autopay as active. I raised this issue 4 times almost 3 months. Even after informing then 100times nothing has happened. they just say we will look into it OR NO MSG and close the ticket . The upi and the bank accounts cannot be updated and you are forced to use the same upi .0 stars
