Horrible experience. Poor customer care resolution. It is impossible to get in touch with the customer care team, except for emails where my concern has been addressed loose handedly. I cannot access my own vehicle details on the app, which i have listed for sale. This is in spite of paying for their premium plan. Rather than helping with my concern, I only get calls where I am told about new cars in the market, which I might be interested in buying. Unprofessional attitude.

Poor service, no customer support I ordered car service history report & paid 299 for it. But you have delivered an incomplete report which does not have much details. You are promising so many things in your sample reports, and not sticking to the promise. And there is no way to connect to your customer care executives. Very very dissatisfied. Never going to use your service.

worst service for premoum listing... just talked on phone for charges.. once charges are paid afterwards no revert on whatsapp and no customer contact number .. just telecallers with targets for premium listing charges and no after service

First of all thank you for adding the Ai feature it is great but it can be faster some suggestions here 1. Ai response can be improved to a faster rate 2. Add an option like a service centre where you can list service centres of a particular car brand in a particular location with a review of that service centre because it will help buyers to purchase a car based on service centre availability in their location because u know that post service matters a lot after buying a car thankyou.

I'm using Cardekho for a very long period of time and it's very convenient to use. I can clearly get the proper information about cars and their prices as well as on road prices according to my location. But sometimes I feel this app should focus at their 360 degree views in a little depth with proper interrior and exterior views. However the app is good and pleasure to operate.
