The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

One of the worst banking apps to exist! Even when I'm connected to WiFi or mobile data, the app keeps saying that it cannot detect any network, when every other app is working fine. Horrible app, unable to even open and access the app, let alone use it. As usual, SBI takes extra initiative in making something annoying and not user friendly. Hats off to their commitment.

Am facing a recurring issue with the app regarding reward points and the fuel surcharge waiver on fuel purchases at BPCL outlets. Rewards should be automatically credited once the transaction status changes from “In Progress” to “Settled.” However, this is not happening. Similarly, the fuel surcharge waiver should also be credited automatically once the transaction is settled, but that too is not happening. I have to send an email explaining the case every time with all the details.

I am deeply troubled by the rewards points redemption, i redeemed an Amazon Gift Card, and when i am trying to redeem it after entering the otp, and click on 'Claim Now' : It shows "Something went wrong, try again later" This is happening for the past 3 days, it is really very frustrating.

the app in general is great. but it lacks a very crucial point that we are not able to check what net EMI amount we are liable to pay each month. it just mixes the amount with the whole statement. this is something that they really need to learn from axis Bank application as they straight up tell you your emi amount for that month. this facilities a way better budget planning because then I'm not struggling with digits as much

After installing, the app was working well. For the last few days, the app just won't login. it keeps saying that it cannot process my request. Can't even pay bills, can't even see my transactions or limits. P.S. my phone is updated with Android 15 but the app still doesn't work. Update: my issue was resolved in a day so hats off to the team.
