This game is awesome. Most of the skins and characters are creative, and the game concept is very good. However, there are some characters that are extremely broken, and some are unplayable. Second of all, it doesn't function right when I use the reporting. It never really punishes the one who is doing inappropriate stuff. And there is nothing else bad about this game. It is fun and addictive. Don't play this game too much unless u want to be a pro gamer. 10 out of 10, no drama.

Account log off after the latest update and the app crashes every time before log in successfully. NOT playable anymore! not to mention the VS matching system sucks. the skill level between 2 teams can be enormous which leads to unfair play. It gets worse with less and less players keep playing this game.

there are ingame bots and this game is just trash. just deleted my account? not fun to play, the higher the rank the more rookie players i don't understand why? there are more things that should be improving and more often the game crashes, it just exits the game in an instant and please add change language in settings and change your game developer

I think the graphics side is great. User interface is relatively clean, easy access to equipments which is definitely essential to MOBA games. The only problem i have is the ping issues. Im almost constantly at 150-200ms, and for MOBA, this is really affects the gameplay. (Note that this is run on phone with good specs as well as good wifi which i have no problem running genshin or even other MOBA)

Excellent gameplay experience, but there is some part need to fix. 1. Once application been exit when on the matchs, open again but the match history been missing and can't continue thr match been cut off. 2. Training heros. In the main menu page, i can't find the training field button, but on the shop do. It's makes much more step to choose which heros to train. Examples: go to shop, choose heros type, choose heros i want train or try, then go to train fields, when finished go back to main page again. I was like , so much step? This is my opinion, but this game is quite interested. I m very sorry if i missed my sight on the main menu, and there's the training fields but i don noticed that. Thank you to let me have a good experience on this game , but pls fix it ! d(@u@)b

I am a dedicated S1 player. I play this game for 3 yrs. At first, I see this game blossom and gameplay is fresh and new. I truly believe that this game will become a competitive and fun game. However, Garena don't listen. From the shittest Superman meta (S4-S5) to now shooter meta (not so such I guess). For 3 yrs, they still didn't fix the report system and countless character specific bugs. Very problematic sever, lottery skins etc etc..I'm tired Garena, shame on you, you don't love ur own game
