Hi! Actually your game is good and unique but the problem is especially this new season 2025, now I experienced that there is something wrong with your app, I just enjoying while using my hero fighting but suddenly, I got disconnected in the middle of the fight! and it's make me disappointed, It's a RANK MATCH, check your system please, I hope you take action as soon as possible.There is no wrong in my phone storage or my connection I have a stable connection here. It's your app have a problem.

Add offline mode just like HOK this game is fun but it's hard to get matches resulting in not being able to use other heroes since, I can get a match only rank so please add offline mode it's a great game and hopefully for more optimization . edit: Or just make the heroes be played 2 matches to be unlocked in ranked game.

yeah a great game but whenever there's an update,many of the resources that I have downloaded will be gone like poof gone,and our wifi is slow so I have trouble downloading again, some will say it's not a big deal it's just our WiFi's problem,but no,I've tried many online games and their not like this,

Played the game, and it has a lot of potential, the top for battle pass is quite confusing since I can't see the price in my own currency. Most heroes are quite hard to obtain or buy, which seems off, though the skins, animation, uniqueness of design are very good. The map is clean, unlike other Moba games. Hope to see improvements esp on battle pass pricing.

I’ve been playing Arena of Valor for a long time, and honestly, it’s a fun and fast-paced MOBA with great graphics, smooth controls, and exciting gameplay. However, over time, the game has started to feel unbalanced. Some heroes are way too overpowered even without a full build, while others are barely usable due to how weak they are. once you reach diamond, you can't use your new bought heroes because of proficiency restrictions. There's no way to increase new heroes proficiency since nobody play casual 5v5 match, literally no match found even after waiting 5 minutes
