Up to recently I loved this game! While playing last week the game just closed down. The game has 3 levels. 10K puzzles at each level. plus some speciality puzzles. You earn 20 1st level, 30 2nd level. points for each puzzle. I was at last 10% of the 2nd level when my game was canceled on me. Not only that ALL my points were cleared. I have to start completely over. Upset and so frustrated. .no words can properly explain. I have recommended this game to alot of friends. Very disappointed.

Was really liking the game. Good exercise for eyes and time passer. BUT now the ads are too much, very intrusive - pop up at any time then you can't get rid of them except to get out and then get back into the game. Irritating, annoying, and frustrating!! Probably have to uninstall if it continues. Disappointed and dissatisfied. You can do better!

Way too many noisy ads, I used to play more to unwind at bedtime, but the ads are too much. It would be much better if we could silence ads, or could get hints or gems by choice for watching ads instead of forced to watch so, so, so many adds. ads are out of hand. love the game but getting ready to uninstall it. I keep having to close then reopen. Trying to force us to pay by bombarding with ads won't get me to pay only stop playing, and uninstall.

Very fun and relaxing. Only complaint is its kind of disorganized. Played levels 1-40 ( I think these should be cut to games of 20, it takes SO long to play 40). Then found another 'set' of 40 but no matter how I played, I never got 3 stars, it'd just remain at 1 as if not played. So that whole bunch are not working or broken. There's frames you "buy" but that's a mess & takes TONS of diamonds to get perks. "Masterpieces" are $, not free. Puzzles way too easy, sections are a mess.

Doesn't download 95% percent of the time. Puzzle are to easy. Managed to make it to the 300+ level still on first easy level. Waste more time waiting for the stupid thing to download a puzzle. Not my phone because I have other puzzle sites I play on and NO TROUBLE there plus I can pick amount of pieces I want to put together. This game sucks!!!!

The game is constantly initializing since early this morning and ive seen a notice comes up on top of the screen saying to report it if the screen is blank. ive reported it 4 times as requested. This is still constantly doing this and ive not able to play a game all day.
