Pure fixing game , When we download it ,you will win regular. but when you purchase chips u will lost all chips. if you get double cards then opposite player get high card or colour. It is pure fixed game . Do not purchase chips online and waste time . it is false game . zero ranking . I complaint it that my score is decrease continue, but no solution. it's been a week since you confirmed that the below mentioned problem will be resolved. The problem still persists. Are u even trying? ..... the app crashes every one hour. and every other app is working fine with the Wi-Fi and the 4g connection but utp shows low network ... The connection is so bad continuously that it becomes impossible to play. Worthless IT team, who can't correct a simple thing, as many other players are also complaining of the same.

Used it for quite some time and app had issues but still continued to use it and play games. Now it doesn't connect to FB and when ticket raised with support, they say you are a fraudster and hence account is blocked. Is this a joke, are you managing game or a trading platform. Worst service. Wasted money to buy chips as progress is not stored due to FB disconnection. What's the point of sending an email. Read my comments carefully before giving standard replies

Before make in app purchase the card were missed as in sometimes good sometimes bad. But once you make any purchase you always turn up getting the lowest card on the table. Played 3 days in a row after the purchase and lost 99.99% times due to lowest card. Never make any purchase because the algorithm is designed in a way to give you lowest card so that you lose all your chips and end up making more purchase. Pure fraud game.... Very disappointed ..... Uninstalled.. 😏

I am unable to login to my account through Facebook. I have sent multiple emails with screenshot and your pathetic team replies everytime that it is fixed though it was never fixed. You send fake resolution emails and then ask for feedback so this is my feedback. At least reply with some logic or explanation rather than saying it's fixed. Why is your team so pathetic and uneducated that they can't even read emails. Again same thing happened. I still can't login and you claim it's resolved.
