At 1st the game was great! I couldn't put it down. Then once you get to level 30 that's when it starts to go downhill. There are quests that you have to have an underwater garden but it doesn't work. It's impossible to progress. I've already reached out to the support for help but just get an automated response. If I can't get to the underwater garden then I'm going to uninstall the game which would be a shame. Also you can't visit other farms. I see on here people get an automated response too

You charge unreasonable amounts of diamonds (50 and 199, respectively) for a cow and a chicken. These are stock animals on farms. At the beginning of a game; and the beginning levels of any game, players need time to assimilate game play and accumulate the basics. In the first 2 levels, players cannot acquire such wealth to pay for stock animals. I realize the chicken is available at a reasonable price but the best chicken is priced not only out of reach, but in an unknown denomination.

This was my favorite game, so much so that when the issues started, I stuck with it. Then it began to crash. I couldn't play more that a few minutes before the game would go black and would take me to my phone's home screen. I've tried removing other apps, restarting my phone, clearing media files, etc... I've tried reinstalling at least once a week to check if there had been any updates that have fixed this issue, with no luck. I'm wondering if the problem will every be solved or if I'm just wasting my time...

I think the prices for event prizes are way too high. Unattainable, really. Would also love to see a kind of Market where players can sell and buy between each other. Other than that, cute graphics, good music, and the controls are great. I love being able to speed something up and double tapping to speed up all my crops at once! 😍

I have loved this game for about 7 years now. However, I don't level up anymore on my phone. I have to log into the app from Facebook gameroom on the computer in order to level. No matter how many times I uninstall and update the problem isn't fixed. My percentage to the next level stays at 0% until I log on the computer. So I end up buying unnecessary gems because I can't level up on my phone.

Updated: I've played this game for a while now. Overall I like it. It's reliable and you get some game progression that keeps you coming back in a fairly relaxed way. I have a few suggestions and frustrations I want to share. 1) it would be great to be able to sort by "items that take up space" since I'm always running out of space and I need to figure out which of my inventory takes space and which don't. 2) it's slightly frustrating to get quests that you know you can't do for like 5 levels.
