I can not recommend GameFly. I just paid for a month and I incredibly regret it. I wasted my money. its been two weeks and my game has not arrived. It supposedly shipped but they give no tracking number. So fir all know they are lying to me. Its a great scam. You will get a game and basically have to return right away. So $15 a month to play one game. Gamepass for $30 is a better deal than that. The idea is cool but unfortunately having to wait a month to get a game is not worth it.

recently, I've had issues navigating the app because the navigation bars on my phone would block the tabs on the bottom of the main page. after looking into it as I thought it was an issue with my phone, I learned that an issue like this could be caused by the app no longer being compatible with my phone's Android version (I'm on Android 14). I just wanted to point that out.

Major bugs with app lately - cannot select "Self Return" anymore on mobile (the button is missing) and the top and bottom of screen are cropped off on my Samsung S20+. I messaged support twice and didn't get a response. Another complaint - the app constantly throws click able adds at you to buy products or keep them. We get it, you sell games, too, but the pop-ups aren't needed.

This app is pretty much unusable. It freezes and crashes during every single use. When it actually does load up, it will only work for about 15 seconds, then back to freezing and crashing. App is really bad, so I use the website, which really isn't much better, but I can at least get through the order process. Can't say the same when using the app. It'd be nice if they fix the app, but I'll be deleting for now since its useless for my needs.

So far I've had an account for 15 days and haven't played a single game. I've had the same game shipped out 3 times, the first time it was unplayable, the second time it never showed up (and there aren't tracking numbers), and today they shipped yet another copy. Hopefully it gets here this time and actually works. I understand that certain things may be out of their control but it's still disappointing. Update: I finally got the game and just like the first game it is unplayable. Like the first time, it had a little bump near the outer edge of the disc, I'm assuming that's why neither of them worked. Maybe it's a shipping problem? Regardless, I will be cancelling service

Need faster shipping and more copies of anticipated games. I can go down to the local red box and 9 out of 10 time they have what I want. and I dont have to wait 7-10 days to get it. The only saving grace is Gamefly is slightly cheaper. IF you actually get the game you want in a timely manner. Otherwise you are just paying monthly to be on a waiting list. lowering to one star, because now it has almost been a whole month and no game in my Q has been shipped. What is going on!?
