A months ago I bought some keys and paid with PayPal and was saved as my payment method, and a few days ago, I was charged for a Plus subscription. It's really hard to get in touch with them; the app isn't user-friendly for contact. When they finally replied days later, they offered a partial refund because the subscription was active for a few days, even though I never authorized the charge or used the subscription. It feels like a scam. The app is okay for saving a few bucks, but be careful.

I tried setting up my account on this app after I've de-googled my phone. It took me 30 minutes to even log in, and on top of that, I can't even buy the game I wanted because you HAVE TO have Google Chrome installed and put as your default browser. Absolute waste of time and energy. Edit: I just bought the game I was looking for on my desktop, and the app won't even let me see the code without Google turned on. I would genuinely rate this app lower than 1 star if it were possible

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! Just buy from Steam or Amazon. Every click throughout the checkout process can change the item you are buying. I attempted to purchase a game that was advertised at $21.76 by the time I got to checkout, the price had increased to $25.99 and it was no longer a product that could be used in my country. After reaching out to customer service, I was told it was my fault I got scammed. I wish I'd seen the numerous lawsuits against them before my purchase. DON'T DOWNLOAD!

Been using the app for over a year and have ordered quite a few games. However this last order, I purchased two games and the money was taken from my bank account and I never received the keys. I contacted them after two days of nothing, and they replied within 5 minutes and said the money for the games never went through. They immediately issued a refund, which is greatly appreciated and I'm still going to continue to use them and keep recommending them. Top notch customer service.

Everything is perfect. I like the whole setup and very easy to use. I only have 1 problem, and that's the random keys people are selling. I bought 1 key just to try it out and got a game that was way under price then what I paid for the key. First and last time I'm ever buying a random key. I'm not trying to get disrespectfully scammed again with that garbage. Other than that, if you want a specific game at a lower price, this is the place to get it! (Just avoid random keys)

Literally useless now. I used to use this app and its site all the time, as it's a lifesaver for any fan of a game with expansion packs. The price differences are staggering, and delivery is quick and I'm yet to receive a used code. Now, every time I go to purchase something, it sends me back to my cart saying "Something in your cart has changed, please review your cart."... But nothing in it changed! What's the point of a shopping app that won't let you buy anything?
