Ive played this game off and on for years and really liked it. This morning, however: I logged in and my entire game progress was erased for no reason. All of my shoeboxes, special pieces, turnips, gems. Everything. Just GONE. I don't know if there was a glitch or this has happened to someone else, but, this is something that needs to be fixed before it happens to someone else.

Five stars down to one. The game didn't sync my event progress so I contacted support. A week later I have to send another message because they haven't gotten back to me and they told me support for the game is "limited and outdated" so they can't help me. They wouldn't give me gems to help me in the next event or anything. I say wouldn't because they all have the ability to grant in game item. All of them. Every single game in your app store. But they CHOSE to do NOTHING. CHOSE.

Do not EVER uninstall unless you want to lose everything. I've been playing for almost a year, and then all of a sudden couldn't watch ads during the events for boosts or to gain seeds. Did all the basic troubleshooting, which finally left me to uninstall, and reinstall the game. Now I've lost ALL my progress (was at Level 47), and the money, and time I spent is gone. So unbelievably disappointed.

This is a cute, easy game that I started playing 5 or 6 years ago. Now, there is a serious problem with glitches, so I am lowering the rating to one star. In order to make decent progress in this game, you need to watch A LOT of ads, which is perfectly fine with me. But, for the past month, the ads won't appear. If by chance ads do finally appear, it's always the same lame Chase Bank ad, in Spanish!! WTH??

This is the perfect idle game. Great side crop challenges. Very addictive. I would love new crops, challenges, and the penthouse farm activated. I'd give $20 right now to have no forced as well as reward ads. I'd even give a few bucks monthly to have no ads at all. I've spent $100's by choice. I love it. I owned everything, maxed coin upgrades & was almost 100. I changed phones & lost it all. I had to start it all again. I'd really like to restore my purchases & progress. Please contact me.

I loved this game. Until I couldn't connect to Facebook to save anything and then the game kept randomly shutting down almost every time I watched an ad. The away bonus only shows up part of the time. I really want to like this game and play it, but the bugs make it impossible now. Please fix the bugs and make it so we can connect to something to save our progress.
