I have been facing withdrawal issues on Shopsy for the past 1–2 months. Every time I try, it shows the error: “Something went wrong, please try again.” Despite contacting customer care multiple times, my issue is still not resolved. They keep saying my money is safe and will be withdrawn soon, but nothing has happened. This is very disappointing. Please fix this issue urgently and allow users to withdraw their hard-earned money without such problems.

Shopsy is a very poor platform for online shopping. They show something else at the time of order and deliver something completely different. The worst part is their helpdesk – they don’t listen to the customer at all and provide no proper support. By mistake, my daughter ordered a 43-inch LED cover instead of a 32-inch one. In this, automatic orders are coming again and again without my permission, without my selecting the product, I don't know how it is doing this again and again with me and without my permission and if I look in my orders, then there is no order there. The product is not showing and 3 products are being sent to my address again and again, every time different items and I am not able to find any customer care number. I am not at all satisfied with its service.

worst worst worst. scamming customers with lot of money by providing wrong invoice, no refunds at all. it's so horrible as you can never reach customer care. chat process is nightmare. if you are trying to connect with customer care then in the app the account page will be suspended and you cannot even connect on any page. they are looting lot of customer's money. please don't even download this app as I've lost a lot of money. if customer care is accessing this then I need them to connect

Shopsy is the worst shopping app. After placing an order, you have no idea when or at what time you will receive your order. Another problem is that the account details don't appear in the app. You don't know what order you placed and for how much. To find out what you ordered from Shopsy, open your account details and you see Flipkart orders, not Shopsy's. This platform is rubbish.
