There is no option to download the invoice. It's taking whole day but not showing the invoice if I click on the view invoice. What's the solution ot getting invoice?

very bad app, first they showed 7 after i order . after delivery boy came to me it is showing 26 riyal. And I said cancel, then he said need to give 4 riyal as his delivery charge. very bad experience,👎

I placed an order worth 200 riyals to get free delivery. When it arrived, there were 3 missing items which totaled around 60 riyals. This was deducted from the bill but then they charged me for delivery, so I only recieved about 40 riyals refund. It was not my fault that they did not have the missing items, so why am I being charged for delivery? I only placed the order because of the free delivery in the first place. I tried contacting customer service but it's just an automated robot.
