Update, found support link in the game! Issue resolved! Changed my review to 5 stars :) i love this game. however...today we were supposed to collect our chest for the 250+ points towards it. i had over 300 points, as did others on my team, and some of us didnt get the chest....very frustrating, and additionally frustrating to find there is no way to contact support.

I have always given this app a 1 star rating because of the lousy payouts. The most you can play is 2 rounds with 1 card purchased. Nonsense. I am having another issue and I see I'm not the only one having it. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app to get into my mailbox and now I've lost years of credits and prizes and rewards as I can only play as guest now. Every time I lose rewards you send me MAYBE 100 tickets when I send screenshots of 1000's I've lost. I screenshot EVERYTHING. Fix THIS!

***EDIT *** It appears to be fixed now. Although it still keeps telling me to update, when there is no update available. The app was glitching so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it says I can't connect to Facebook because the app is only in development mode and I don't have permission. I have spent so much money on this game over the years and I'm so disappointed I've lost all my progress.

I just downloaded this game. I love it ❤️. The only thing i have a problem with is the speed the numbers are called. There should be a button to make it slower like on some of the other bingo games. Fix it and i will give it 5 stars. I also tried logging into Facebook. It said there was an error. So maybe you could tell me what to do about that please. Regarding what i have already said. I have played some of the mini games and find them the most fun. Please keep adding them.

Having same issue as everyone else. Game items would not open. Unistalled and reinstalled and now the app won't let me connect through Facebook, saying I don't have permission. Basically lost YEARS worth of game play and earnings. What is going on? Please help! EDIT: After almost 2 months, I was able to play again. Absurd!

I can't link my game to Facebook anymore. I have been playing this game for 5 years. I uninstalled in case it was a bug and now I've been taken back to Level 1 and still can't link to Facebook. I loved this game. I will miss it. Please fix the Facebook problem or at least tell users it's no longer an option? If it's fixed then I will return and gathering by the reviews below I'm not alone.
