Steps to install:

1. Install Canara ai1 mobile app.
2. After successful installation open app by clicking new Canara ai1 icon.
3. Click on next button to continue after selecting the SIM having Registered Mobile Number with the Bank. SMS will be initiated from the selected SIM; Ensure balance is available to send the SMS successfully.
4. After successful Mobile Number validation, an OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number.
5. Enter the OTP received and continue.
6. You will be redirected to create and confirm your 5 digits numeric PASSCODE for login to the application.
7. Accept the Terms & Conditions after successfully creating the PASSCODE.
8. Grant the permissions requested during the registration process to access all application features.
9. Before initiating any mobile Banking transactions, you need to create and confirm new 6 digits numeric MPIN for authenticating transactions.
10. Click on ‘SET NOW’ to activate your Mobile Banking facility using active Debit Card details/Aadhaar/Activation code (Visit home branch for generating the activation code).

worst banking services I've ever seen . Everytime they got any technical issues. I've been trying to pay my bills and other through canara bank, from past one week I'm unable to pay for anything due to their technical issues. If you call customer care their response would be like " from our end there is no faults .. please uninstall and install the upi app" I've tried this also still the same issue , can't even transfer the amount to my other account also .

Horibble app, this is the worst bank app one could ever use, very unpredictable, the App doesn't not work at all, it does not open only in the first case for it to work, I have uninstalled and reinstalled installed the App several amount of time also downloaded the latest version but of no use, lodged a complain at the branch several times but not helpful they have opened a ticket many times but still does not help. I am planning to transfer all my investments to another bank for better service.

Worst banking experience ever. At the time of login it shows "Multiple IDs with the Mobile number", that's so illogical, now for each account first i should have multiple mobile numbers and then login. I have never faced such things with other banking apps that I used. And also even the performance features are not that good. If I talk about Banking experience also extra service charges deducted for no reason sometimes.

It takes a long time to process requests, even when the internet is fast.Very often it cuts me off stating " the request is under process," or"try later".Further, even when there is no change in my SIM card or slot or network, your app "detects" a " change", and asks me to register again for mobile banking. When so many updates are produced stating that bugs are being fixed,what bugs are you fixing, when the customer experience remains unsatisfactory? Even among PSB apps, ai1 is the worst.

I am very disappointed to inform you that your mobile banking app has not been working for me for the past month. Each time I try to open it, the screen remains stuck on the “Super App” display and never loads further. I have already contacted your IT support team twice regarding this issue & repeated reminders , but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance so far. This lack of support from a reputed banking institution is extremely disappointing and inconvenient.

I recently opened an account with Canara bank and impressed with their mobile banking app. But the last 2 week i'm unable to login. It is blank when i open it. After the re-installation also not moving forward. Much tensed and suffered in emergency. Now i deleted the app and stopped using it. My kind request is to check your error and provide proper service to the customer. Thank you
