Last version has privacy issues, as it requires access to the current location. I also had to re-enter all my account data - twice - and validate it with the old challenge calculator because it has apparently lost the information of its previous version. As unstable as the website.

Fairly usable, not many options available compared to other banking apps, but it's catching up. However, logging in takes a long time, whenever it prompt the fingerprint verification it takes some time to appear. Even with a Snapdragon Elite 8 chip the app is slow. No prompt to stay logged in when you're using it for a while, it just kicks you out of the app without warning. Trying to create a new saving account will load in French, no way to change the language. There are some irregularities.

It seems like there are less technical and lockout design issues. Ive been using the app without issues for a while now, Its just slow, Oneplus13 has ultrasonic fingerprint and this is the only app where it takes 5 seconds until it loads. The convenience of the app is a big part of our choice of bank, and your image.

Super slow. every step is multiple seconds of waiting and everything takes at least 3 clicks. When paying with qr code you need to give your pin 2 times. Takes literally 30 seconds. The iPhone app is much faster. I think the BNP management has Iphone and doesn't care about Android. Same speed issue on all android devices on 5G or WIFI. It's clear that the BNP management only cares about their own Iphones.

I don't have access anymore to my cards (debit and credit).Same message appears in the app: Your Favourites are not available. Try again later and when I go into the Cards same message: It is impossible to show your cards right now. Please try again later. Updated my phone, updated the app, reinstalled the app, checked all cards on my desktop account. Same message. Called the help number. They keep saying the tech service knows about this and I need to wait. 3 weeks!!! Unacceptable!

very good app secure, and easy to use an most importantly it has English language option which is great for foreigner's who doesn't speak the local language . I love using this bank app
