First, Shopee terminated my account for no apparent reason. Then, ShopeePay started ringing my phone off the hook — and kept doing so for the next three months — over an account they themselves had terminated without explanation. It turned out to be over a single late payment of just a little over 100 baht, despite my history of purchases worth tens of thousands. There's such a thing as basic courtesy: making appointments and exchanging contact information before cold calling.

They offer good promotions for bill payments regularly. I used this app to pay my utility bills and received discounts from time to time when good deals were provided. Other apps don't offer this service.

bogus root detection, detected root when my device isn't rooted, how am i supposed to access the app now?

It's useless, just getting registered wastes your time by asking you to register again and again. Then it tells you that the info you gave as being incorrect and the processing takes AGES! Tried to register on both the downloaded app and Shopee. Same result! You fill in all the info and it's says this or that is incorrect, checked and double checked. It must be bug in the app.

My ShoppeePay account was suddenly 'banned' with no explanation given. I called the support number several times and there was no support in English. I am very disappointed with Shoppee and I have stopped ordering with the app. Update: Please be advised ShoppeePay will freeze your account containing money and then demand several new types of sensitive information to reopen the account, including: IDs, selfies, phone records and receipts. Well they can keep their service for themselves.

I tried to use shopee pay on the shopee app, but I can't connect it because I'm a foreiger. If you don't have a that ID, don't use it. I also had a problem withdrawing my money. I hope I can get it back on my account. 0/10 your app is not working or it's not optimized and not easy to use. Please revise it and fix the system.
