With the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking app, your banking transactions are more convenient with these features:
• View all types of deposits, credit cards, mutual funds, government bonds and Bualuang loan accounts
• Request Thai baht and FCD account statements
• Open an e-Savings account
• Make cardless withdrawals at Bangkok Bank and KBank ATM and Banking Agents (7-Eleven, Thailand Post offices, Sabuy Counter and TermDee kiosk)
• Invest in mutual funds, government bonds and corporate debentures
• Make a Bualuang home loan payment and request the Bank to submit housing loan information to the Revenue Department for a convenient tax deduction claim
• Add a Foreign Currency Deposit Account (FCD) and transfer funds to your own FCD account
• Make an international funds transfer via SWIFT with 18 currencies for 135 countries
• Make an international funds transfer to Singapore via PromptPay International
• Send and receive money to or from more than 200 countries via Western Union
• Buy travel insurance

Heaven forbid you need to switch phones and download the app again. Customer service won't let you if you are overseas. Utterly ridiculous customer support. They made two big errors on my account, the wrong passport number and a blurry photo at the branch I opened up the account. They tried to hold me accountable, and refused to fix my my app. It would be great to have been able to enter my passport and my date of birth if the bank customer service didn't get it wrong in the first place.

Garbage app. Scan to pay and other features take forever to load. Also, it's ridiculous how the largest bank in Thailand can't make an app that can handle a surge of users. You literally can't use the app because the incompetent people over at Bangkok Bank can't get enough servers to accommodate it's user base. Disgraceful. Edit: now it's come to my attention that I can no longer top up my truemoney wallet to the nearest single digit. Now I have to round up to the nearest hundredth. 1 star.

2025:have made improvement.Bangkok bank mobile apps have always worked nearly flawlessly..I been using the iOS and android versions for over 15 years; however the new android app interface has a lot of unused screen space where more transaction info could be included on one screen instead of having to view another page for another few transactions;; very inconvenient..the updates for the new version have been getting worse ..Can't be used to view current credit card transactions..try it yourself

The worst financial service in Thailand. I am not sure if this also happens to the Thai Citizen Account. What kind of financial application does not show the in bound transaction in the history.Customer Service also sucks. The bank staff always seems to be like they don't welcome customer.

Your last version completely broke the app. It says my phone is rooted when it's not. All my banking apps (Thai, Singaporean etc.) and other secure apps are working perfectly except for yours. :( 👎👎👎👎👎

The latest version doesn't work on GrapheneOS. My device is not Rooted or Jailbroken, and is more secure than with stock Android. Please fix the problem.
