Bob World is full of bugs. You have to try multiple times just to get anything done. After several attempts, I finally got into the app, but now I can't even set a PIN for my account debit card—it just keeps saying, "Unable to process now, please try again later." The experience has been terrible; even during registration, I faced multiple issues.

I am really frustrated with this app. I am using other banks app but they are easy to use but this is really pathetic in terms of security and payment transfer. I just replaced my new sim but number is same. Now this app is getting errors and not able to login again. Asked the cc person. they couldn't solve my problem and told me a the lengthyyyy process. I am not able to login past one month. This is seriously frustrating. It's like I am stuck in it

Attempt to login to the application as an existing customer, the application shuts down, despite it being the latest app version downloaded. This happened multiple times till I approached customer service. Customer service provides solutions like reinstalling the app, saying that they have made some changes from their end, to clear cache and to delete messages and despite all this being done there is NO SOLUTION. Its evident that BOB doesn't care, due to their lack of action despite complaints

Worst banking app after SBI YONO. Feeling very frustrated using this. Unnecessary multiple PINs and worst UI. Since last update, unable to see any banking account details. Wherever is clicked, it shows "no eligible account found to avail the service". Why someone should keep account in this banking where the other banks give smooth user experience!

cannot complain on email via app. statement request,not received. amount transfer to other , when we write account number , key board covers the place where we write account number so can't see what we are writing, just worst app. fixed deposits interest rate is not properly given. it asks for number of month and number of days, it may crossed thousands of combination and than also no results in several cases if I want to put money for highest rate of interest, impossible to find it.

This app is generally good if you want to use it for general features like see bank balance, recent payments history from your account, and you can even compare your last month transaction with currently but the only issue is latency in email statement, It's totally your luck sometimes you get your email statement right that moment or you have to wait infinitely. Please fix this issue as soon as possible 🙏.
