As a US national living in Mexico, this is a useful app that easily could be made a lot better. It's a decent place to stash some money to use for paying daily bills via a Visa credit card. Unfortunately, sending payments via SPEI (CLABE) requires that you have the other party's RFC number. Most Mexican payment platforms (e.g. Nu Banco) do not have such a restriction. Unless this is a legal requirement, I can't see any benefit. UPDATE: The boilerplate response doesn't win any prizes, either.

I'd like to request a help, suddenly I received a verification code from a number on Whatsapp with the name of Astropay as business account. But I did not create any account at Astropay, this way, could you help to understand what's going on? I'm suspecting it is a fraud attempt. I've sent an email to the support of the app, but still waiting for an answer

you deposit and transfer money your account gets blocked... one of the craziest apps in this planet. wish I could attach photos here too to proof how much of a mess this app is. an app that gives you accounts with a daily limit of $100 and monthly limit of less than $300.this app is such a joke!

Sad! Apparently, I can't transact due to 'Security Reasons', and checking the app, there's nothing pending that I haven't given. The worst part is that it allowed me to make a deposit. What's this about? 😑

no option to add a visa card, no option to transfer money to my mobile money account. basically in to deposit money into the app you do not get any option to withdraw it. my money is stuck there without getting any option to withdraw.

This is one of the worst financial platforms you can ever get online, if you're wise do not get into this mess pick something else they're slow and policy-reluptant cheating and scander I warn you fellas do not pick this platform. this is the worst platform ever my 20100 XAF has been held hostage for no reason that they are investigating the money, but they have already used more than 1 month to investigate, I don't think I. finance a firm is supposed to use more than 4 business days to retify
