There is no information about the photos. No location info specifically. It used to connect to your phone so you could delete things from your phone as well and now it doesn't do that either. Also, you can't see the daily photos individually, just as a grid. I search my photos most often by location but without location information, folder location on phone, or any other identifying factors, it is literally just a back up of my images. Which is fine, just could be better.

I am having a lot of trouble with Amazon dropping Metadata on photos when uploading them, so the pictures don't have date taken data attached. This makes it extremely frustrating to find photos and see them associated with other pictures from the same date & time period. I've spoken to customer service & they don't have a fix for it. I've done research and without paying for additional apps to download to and then upload from, I have yet to find an easy fix. I'm not impressed!

Works well auto uploading photos from phone. Love that I can store uncompressed, even raw, pics. Downgraded to 3 stars due to lack of some basic features. When adding pics to folders you can't arrange folders alphabetically so you have to look until you find it. Pics won't always auto rotate when you rotate your device. Basic info isn't readily available (location, what folder it is in, etc). No option to delete pics from your device when deleted from this app. Just not well thought out.

Overall it's a good app. I do have one pet peeve though - I don't understand why the "On this day" feature doesn't show the entire image of the featured picture. It's always a smaller cropped version of the original photo. Can anyone explain the reasoning? If I was in charge, this feature would display the whole image and when you select it, it would offer a download option 😁 Just saying..

I draw pictures and make photos of those pictures. I edit or color those photos on my phone (Samsung). All of a sudden, the "edit" quit working and now I can't use the EDIT anymore, which includes cropping a photo. "Edit photos" was my favorite feature on this phone. I can't find any help! Im going to get a new phone as quick as I'm able!!!

Doesn't seem to work. Try to add albums and the app just constantly freezes at "updating collections." I have tried reinstalling the app, and still no luck. My Echo Show also doesn't not save what collection I want to show on the display, but constantly reverts back to "my photos" even after I save settings to show a different collection.
