I almost never leave a review, but have to for the customer support and technical ability from this app/company. They are great at taking your deposits, they run instant withdrawals from your bank account. When it's time to withdraw your winnings? It's been 2 months and they haven't sent me my physical check yet, and over a month for PayPal. Customer service is terribly slow to respond, and can't get it right. I'm fairly concerned now they've lost my money based off what they're saying to me now

Awful interface options and customer service could be more more helpful. I write this review after I entered another lineup into a second contest by hitting a small prompt by accident. I attempted to withdraw from the contest before its start, but I was not allowed because they don't allow you to withdraw entries from "full contests" on the app. I have had to contact customer service over what should have been a non-issue. I can't believe they make someone do this if they make a simple error.

It was going ok, but then they put my account in restrictions again, no reason. All I did was look at the games, never placed a bet or anything. They still owe me cash too. I put in a withdrawal, they restricted it, I sent pictures and finally got that fixed. So I re-initiated a withdrawal and it's restricted again. I'm not sure they wanna be in business, I think they just like to advertise and screw the small guys over. Thank goodness we're only talking about $30, imagine if it was $3,000.

Draftkings will scam you by having "Add entry" without confirmation that can be touched by a button and go unnoticed. If you use this app frequently, you'll be bound doing accidental entries by mistake every so often. I've had 2 accidental entries within less than a few weeks of daily betting. Every other gambling site confirms an entry, where draftkings doesn't provide any indication after entering and if you are within 15 minutes of a game you can't cancel (how they scam you). Very disappoint

App hasn't worked right in over 2 months now! Always having connectivity issues. Every time I try and place a bet it says to check my location. I've been in the same location for years and have all my settings correct. Just think about the hundreds of dollars I deposit a year, multiplied by hundreds of thousands of users, you'd think they would fix the bugs and update it!!

DraftKings is terrible!!! I won a nice little chunk of money and put in a request to withdraw money via a check. They supposedly credited all the money I requested on 10 prepaid visa cards that I no longer have. They will not cut me a check like I requested and now I'm out a good chunk of money for a mistake and employee made because they didn't pay attention to my request for a check. Also they have restricted my account for a mistake they made I have been playing DraftKings for many years .
