search is bad. If I want to modify it I need to retype everything from the beginning, it's really frustrating. On top of that in the checkout there is a bug (both web and app though probably it's the same view): I saved my postal address in the profile as ***76, but in the checkout it's shown as ***86. It doesn't matter how many times from checkout I try to edit it, just doesn't save what I typed (strangely enough I can edit and save other fields with no problem). So eventually I can't purchase

Douglas retun my money now. I paid for a item, €56. You sent me a wrong item, i complained immediately as I open the package. A return label was sent to me to send it back. Which I did plus a file for complaint form which I filled and sent thru email. But to my surprise I received an email telling me that there is no other help me they can render for me. I Don't need help, just return my hards earn money. My €56. I will not keep quiet in all social media until I get my hard earned money back

thought I would try the app because the website keeps crashing, it randomly is emptying my cart or crashing when I try to delete an item from my cart and then not deleting it but the app has the exact same problem. when I add something to my cart it also appears to crash but it will at least add it when I check back later. I've been trying to delete one item from my cart for about 2 hrs now. site and app are nearly unusable.

The app has bugs, and instead of correcting them, they just cancel your order. Never buying anything from Douglas again.

All the past reviews of products are deleted, so you can't base your purchase of a new product on experiences of others! Really a shame. App is full of bugs. Searching for products and previous purchases aren't always shown. Some categories lead back to the homepage. During payment the app often doesn't connect with your banking app, making you have to fill up your basket again. It's been like this for well over a year and they don't fix it, especially the missing reviews should be a priority
