This has to be one of the worst app I've tried to use. Noting is straight forward. Worst of all after payment impossible to see the progression of my order. It just disappears. Nothing, not even a receipt. So I'm waiting for something I don't even know is getting prepared. Never mind the pizza, but the app is atrocious. Doesn't inspire trust. .... Ordered 20min ago...no estimated time of arrival so waiting.

Worst app ever. Did an order for delivery to home and kept waiting for an hour and then when I called the shop, came to know that we have to go collect the pizza due to traffic !!! No tracking mechanism in the app and completely useless and not user friendly at all !!! I am uninstalling it right away !

Very bad app in France very different to the UK version, sometimes crashes and also password rest fails to send email link, also offers don't always show in the app so you miss out a lot on offers. Live updates don't always work sometimes you don't know if the cooking phase has started

False advertising, I downloaded the app because they advertise a 10% off on orders through the app, but there's absolutely no way to make it work. 1 star and uninstall

It a little slow, there is no point to always loading the standard pizzas from the internet, putting them on the app locally in a way would make them mich faster to interact with. Othe than that excellent app
