I originally bought the ditto pro lite art and speaker for just that. A cute aesthetic pink speaker with great sound. It worked great for a year, and now I can't get it to connect to my phone. No matter what I do. I've tried reinstalling, unpairing, and clearing out the cache. Nothing works. I'm very disappointed. Especially with the amount of money I spent. Now, I just have a useless piece of electronic sitting on my desk. Don't waste your money.

I want to display the time as a clock most of the time, and occasionally play a selection of animations once each but not at bed time. Somehow this app cannot do it. In fact, 95% of the app is more or less useless. Almost everything worth anything is under Device Settings -> Default Clock, or under Clocks tab and then adding and editing "Custom 1" "Custom 2" "Custom 3". This could have been such a good device. To be software limited is a shame.

Great app however I'm having horrible problems with my account. It keeps logging me out with "Account logged in on other device" error, even though I've only ever signed in on my phone, and when I try to log back in it doesn't exist???? It says "Account does not exist", and then sometimes it will say "timed out please check network". This is really frustrating that I even need an account to use my divoom!

Great Device, App has problems, Shows that you can have multiple custom "custom pixel frames" will only allow you to utilize one at a time installed to the device, you should be able to upload 12 directly to the "custom pixel frame" channel so you can select them from the device directly, adding more than one of your own creations causes all other options to erase from the "channel selection"... even if you upload them to the server and try to select them, at this point no longer "yours" they also re-write. I would like the ability to load more than one personal image/animation at a time, this was actually one of the main reasons for the purchase. Attempting to use it for a work state board to indicate my status. Annoying to have to open the app every time to select. Please update the application, as others said, the device is AMAZING... the app has good features, needs a re-haul though. 2 stars till app is fixed

A great app for awesome products. My only suggest would be to add a feature that allows bulk uploading from your favorites or gallery into the custom tabs. Additionally, more options on how they get displayed either by random (with no repeats) or sequentially. It's a bit of a grind going to the same menu over 100 times just to add what I recently saved.

Love the abundance of pixel art, the rest is really just a bonus. I do wish we wouldn't be limited when creating our own custom collections but hopefully that is something that we will see in a future release. While all the other extras are cool, the main use is still to display pixel art so the more flexibility we have there, the better. Great job you guys!
