Terrible app. Doesn't work. I was given a code to login for the first time and it didn't work. I requested a new code and never received the SMS message. I called the hospital I wanted to go to and they couldn't help me. Then I was told I have to contact the makers of the app because "It is a classic app mistake." The only contact form I see doesn't actually get me any help. Terrible app with zero customer service to fix issues.

That's disaster. Basic controls on login screen do not respond (like display password button or suggestions link). When they require to upload documents, several fields are not uploadable, they suggest to fill support form in case of issues, but you can send it without healthcenter selected, while the aelectbox is empty 🫠 Rare example of negligence.

Imposible to change a password when you forget it. The temporary password was sent only once, then when I changed the password nothing happened: the same screen, all elements were inactive, tha password wasn't changed. I repeted these steps a couple of time, but I can't receive even a code (temporary password)! No any error messages, nothing. I'm just on the "Remember password" screen, 'Continue' button is inactive. Unbelievable!

Much of the time the app will not open. Also been a long time without test pictures. Supposed to be a private hospital wait times are bad. They need more drs. Also tried to change my appt today. Will not work had to ring them and hang on for quite a while. Whats the point in having an app that only works occasionally??? How can I tell you what happened if the app will not open ! IYour comment is totally unhelpful. Mo change after developer comment!! Can't tell you in the app if it doesn't work

In-person services experience was great therefore we decided to use their app and considered the option to subscribe to their digital services. After contacting them twice more than 4 working days later I am still to receive a response in regards to my inquiry. I find this disappointing and I am sad to say that the digital services are a long way from meeting expectations. This would had been a great option for me and my family in the current pandemic climate but I will give it a pass
