App worked fine before and used for over a year. Just downloaded the latest update(4.1.150) and now the APP crashes constantly and won't even open. UPDATE: so after many tries to get the app to work, I continued to mess with the app's settings and when I turned off(blocked) the app's ability to see my location, the app opened and is working again.

Lost all but 3 of my verified and synced dives. Incorrect amount of dives recorded, regardless of editing it on the website (I made one in error, deleted it and it is still counting it towards my total.) Dives that were verified by my instructor didn't appear correctly on the app or the website. Overall, difficult to use. I am just going to use my physical log book.

Please put some resources into improving the dive log portion of the app. It is incredibly hard to save locations, add creatures, log old dives, and verify non-SSI shop dives. I'd like to be able to add non-SSI shops and locations because as divers, we dive where we can and when we can. I would also love for more dive computer integrations, especially the more common brands. I understand that SSI is more closely affiliated with Mares but still... make it easier to log dives for all computers.

it is good for showing your certification, but that's about it. it should allow you to import dive logs from popular dive computers such as shearwater and Garmin. you have to manually add them and even then the manual addition requires an unnecessary amount of worthless steps to do so.

It's truly a one-stop shop for everything a diver could possibly need, bringing so much functionality together under one umbrella. Very convenient app. Your entire diving life is now in one place: diver profile, certification cards, online training, access to SSI centers database worldwide, dives sites and more. The QR code feature makes it easy to exchange buddy cards and more. The user interface is sometime a little cumbersome and the integration with dive computer is limited.

GUI is nice, but sync with Mares computers can be done only via Bluetooth. I can sync my Mares Smart Air via USB OTG without a hitch on Subsurface and I can't with the SSI/Mares app, that's a shame. Furthermore it works only with Mares computers, please add the possibility to import/export dives to divelogs[dot]org so it can work also with other brands and make it possible to add custom marine lifeforms. Furthermore I've noticed videos don't load inside courses.
