Was happy with the app until today... for some reason my balances are off. Transactions show in the subcategories but not the overall balance. Strange thing my balance was correct and then all of a sudden balance shows more money than its supposed to show... I thought maybe I deleted transactions by accident but no! The transactions are still listed in the subcategories... what happened and how do I fix it? I've been using coinkeeper for a whole already and have never had a problem... help!

can't login on the new device, server error appears. I'm subscribed and have been using the app for almost 5 years. it's good that I have all the data backed up separately, but it's frustrating that I can't login anymore into my account. The server just seems to be off, because on my previous device I see the Synchronizing... state which is not changing for a while (I just did notice that before). if you will help me to resolve that, I'll update my ranking

The application cannot properly exacute simple arithmetic operations like addition or subtraction. If you are using coinkeeper without double-checking the numbers it is giving to you - be aware, that it is actually lying. Technical support of the app is not proving any help. I've been waiting for a proper response for more than a week and still waiting. Dropping this app, thanks for nothing.

Software that works, cloud based, sync on all devices, multi user accounts. Multi currency. Lacking is a search function and that's an EPIC FAIL! Plus moving transactions between account types on the same row is a nightmare if you have say more than 5 accounts. And I don't appreciate getting notifications/emails from developers that I haven't logged any transaction in a while. That level of tracking is scary. Developers please take note. Edited: Still awaiting the in-app search function.

Looks very nice despite the negative reviews. Simple and cute and colorful. However, when I chose Egyptian currency, it doesn't allow me to call it EGP or whatever, it defaults to indicating it in Arabic letters making it ج. م. Which is right to left and doesn't look nice with the rest of the page. Please make it optional to use Arabic name of currency or English name and internationally known abbreviation in English. Thank you

there's this recent bug: my annual subscription came to an end. Can't complete the transaction again due to: Transaction was declined [OR- FGEMF-20]. Doesn't let me choose any of the subscription options to pay. Tried restarting my phone, deleting and installing the app again, going over my payment details. No success.
