it's a good concept. but there is still too much arbitrage. App charges payment up front. The amount of tip to be added for drivers to accept is random. drivers keep cancelling, and app puts a limit to number of bookings I can make in a day. all I want is predictability. give me an amount I can pay so that a car is available at the designated time. with bluesmart gone KSTDC is much better than this service.

I booked two rides, & had good trips without delay. the riders and app were good. just one suggestion, when riders are listed, the time of travel comes, without date. the date may be the following day, which confuses. I found the riders with date and time listed together somewhere, but now I can't find where I saw that. it would also be informative to know where the rider is starting from or heading to. is he/she going to go/come from somewhere near or far.

Every time evening ride, the distance calculated incorrect through quide application. The actual distance was between 20 to 21 km but the the bill generated for 28 km. This is incorrect. The application fails to generate the right path and the result is we are loosing money for every evening ride from the office location. Request to correct the path and save the money.

Very bad experience with the Quick Ride. They have all so-called modern GPS enabled vehicles but their drivers don't know how to operate them and are struck often. Their call center is unresponsive. I missed a doctor's appointment because of them. Pathetic service.

Lagging too much recent days. even tried uninstall & installing again. but still same issue. UI loading very slowly. When I try to click something, it loads lately and gets invoked some other function due to lagging. Frustrating recent days to use the app.

Easy to use. The schedule uses the source (mobile) clock instead of the destination clock. For example, if you are in Doha and you are booking Quickride beginning from Bengaluru airport, it uses Doha time to schedule the ride! It says driver information will be sent 25 minutes prior to scheduled time, but nothing came. Fortunately, Quickride has its own lane on the same level as Arrivals at Bengaluru Airport Terminal 2, so you just have to go there and a taxi will be assigned.
