Terrible This app for one was installed unknowingly, not appreciated. I would like info before someone decides to put something on my phone that I never okayed. My phone feels like it's going to burst into fire it gets so hot, it's much slower on anything, my battery dies faster and even with it fast acharging. Also I can't make or receive calls most of the time. No one can hear each other, it disconnects, and then says there is a network or sim error.

Imagine my shock when I get a notification on my phone that this app is pulling too much from my battery! ....an app I never heard of, didn't install and didn't know was on my phone; an invasion of privacy!Ever since then, my phone's been shutting off and gets hot sometimes. I installed an anti-virus app that immediately detected several "issues." Dish...fix this problem. Occasional generic rhetoric won't do it. It doesn't need access to my photos, either!

This app is absolutely horrible, if I could give it less than one star I would. I wish they would have given me the option to download this on my phone versus forcing me to. I am definitely definitely thinking about switching my phone carrier. It dropped certain calls that I make, it makes certain calls very choppy, I can hear the receiver but they can't hear me.

Recently installed itself on phone and ever since then my phone take 8 plus hours to fully charge and drains in less than 2 hours. Phone says that it barely uses battery but I never had any problems until this app showed up. I'm not receiving notifications and texts have trouble sending. Currently looking for how to uninstall this app and won't stop looking until I can. And I will. I'll update once I figure out how to if I remember. This app seems like malware.

This app is horrible!!!!! I have been with boost for years with no issues and now my phone completely does not work!!!!! When I call out nobody can hear me, when someone calls my phone and I answer it still rings on their end and goes to voicemail, I'm unable to access my voicemail and all of my apps run slow, my phone is pointless now! Oh and not to mention I did not install this app and it can not be uninstalled!

Would uninstall if I could. The phone worked fine before last update. My telephone apps can no longer use the microphone since this app updated. The callers can't hear me & sometimes their voices get horribly garbled. I've taken every step Google suggested to fix the problem, none of it worked. Boost said it's a software problem, so no help from them.
