after 17 years with dish, I'm wondering if it's not time to find another, more reliable, less costly option. the hard drive on the last hopper died while we were traveling. Couldn't get dish anywhere to work. tech tells me it's because the software needs to be updated on the hopper. no dish available to hook up to at the time. I returned home to find it wasn't the software at all. it was the hard drive, again, THIS IS the 3rd time! they sent another rebuilt until that froze up twice. I'm DONE

So apparently there has been a data breach and now the app doesn't work right. When will this be fixed?! It's been long enough! Ya'll charge us an arm and a leg and ya'll can't get it together?! You SHOULD be ashamed! So there was a recent update. Your app is still bad. It runs so, slow when signing in! Why? It doesn't recognize my input correctly most of the time! Why can't ya'll get those "bugs" fixed?!

doesn't open. stuck on the splash screen. this was working just fine for me before the latest update. I got this to pay my parents TV bill since dish now sends the bill with less than a week to pay, and now I have to use their site and remember passwords for people who won't... ~Edit: got it to work after deleting my cache and data in the apps settings, quite ridiculous that i had to do thst.

I wish there were other ways to get television with local channels. My bill with dish went from $99, $110, and just keeps going up. Lately, I've paid $157.89, and today it's over $160! Also, I've had automatic payments since we started with them about 10 years or more ago, and suddenly that stopped, and they claimed I never did have automatic payments! Of course, you can't argue with them because they're "always" right! Sooo frustrating....we are looking at other options for television. Fed up!

The app for my android hasn't worked for about a month now. I've always paid my bill through it. More convenient than logging into my laptop. I've tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and nothing. I've cleared the cache and data. Nothing. Spoke to a rep and they offered no solution other than they would inform the IT department. Between the poor operation of their systems and the ever increasing bill, it's time to cut them loose since we can now acces streaming services unavailable before.

Got a new card in January and had to update my card to continue our auto pay. It's kind of hard to do that when the app shuts down after I enter my login information. Try to pay it online and I get "well, this is embarrassing. It looks like we're experiencing issues with the site." I have to click pay my bill resulting in having to search through countless emails to find the 16 digit account number! I get it being down for a bit, but this is ridiculous. Going on 5 months.
