Awful app! Since renewing my policy in August have tried repeatedly to get my policy to register, used register number and policy number but still won't recognise my policy, rang Green Flag who said it was an Android problem and to keep trying, 3 weeks later and still can't get the app to work!! looks like another call to Green Flag!!

limited access as it can't be used if you have an "excess" cover policy. why on earth that makes a difference as the app could make that easier to pay the excess and simplify the breakdown. wish I had known as wouldn't have gone to greenflag

I have been asked to review the app, not the breakdown service. I was asked in the middle of setting up the app for the second time (it failed the first time). so really I am in no position to give it a rating.

I broke down and so did the app, just kept saying technical difficulties, how would you be if as there advert says with no phone signal use the app, but only when the app works. RIDICULOUS. it took 6 .5 hours to pick me up, the garage was closed, enterprise was closed, I had to get a taxi home, £32 because of your slow pick up, plus all your lies, about 30 mins 15 mins, oh OK we are running an hour late, like shite, RIDICULOUS. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. SLOWEST RESPONSE EVER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The app seems to be almost impossible to use for old people like myself. I have just renewed my policy with you only to find that I have to go through the process of renewing the app. why when we renew the policy is the app not automatically renewed? I have wasted much time trying to renew the app using my smart phone. This is very difficult for aged persons. The buttons are too small and our fingers are not agile enough to operate these contraptions. If I cannot even renew my app whilst sat in

Fantastic price. Easy to join and the app on my phone to make contact as easy as possible. Just hope I never need to use it!!!! As a rider I've just rejoined Green Flag, as I said before a fantastic price compared to the orange coloured opposition. Less than a third in fact. app again on phone for easy contact.
