People in costumer service are kind, the rest is stay away if you value your time! Most things can only be done by phone, wait time is long! They are not connected and sync with airline companies or bravo app. So you speak, confirm, price change 5 times, i spent hours on phone while traveling. Horrible app and the system itself, save time and money go to expedia or someone else that most if not all changes can be made in App. I have yet had the pleasure with such a low grade tech!

Everything from the app to the service feels like a scam to take my money and provide nothing in return. The app screwed up my name and email address. When I changed it, it froze my account indefinitely and said I was unable to make other changes until those changes were complete. That was weeks ago and seemed to never complete. When I finally decided I have no time for nonsense, I called for refund and was told they couldn't help unless they record call. Then he said I may get 10-15% refund????

Super bad service, its been over two months and I'm still waiting for my refund.. they decided to cancel my flight and give me na alternative WHICH was on a different DAY... I had to chase them for days just to get answers and finally they told me I'll get a refund and it should be 2 months at most, not a day more, well... That time period has passed and I'm more than angry, so yourself a favor and book elsewhere

Dont book through them. Book directly with the airline. I forgot to book suitcases and when i asked to do so my demand was rejected and I ended up paying for the suitcases almost as much as I paid for the tickets.

They are swindlers, I do not advise anyone to deal with them, they paid me extra fees, the value of which I did not agree €121.43. FullFlex insurance When I was pressed to pay, an additional amount was added €121.43 I reached out to the support, refused a refund, I will sue them

Their service is a scam. My flight got cancelled by the airline (not by me). The service agents promised I will get all my money back. In fact, I got only 70% back, and after almost 2 months. They refused to send me details about why they didn't refund all the money. Stay away from this company
