they say call customer care 1503 for more queries and when we call they just hang up on us when they think it cannot be resolved, obviously I'm talking about the data speed. even though you stay in a district place, the speed is still so slow, it takes time just to deliver a whatsapp text message (not a media). I'm not talking about the app, I'm talking about network speed.

My recharge plan just got expired and I recharged it from upi. but the recharge is not reflected as the customer care said it will take 24 hours. Don't you think this is the worst thing you ever heard. the service which will not be provided to us for a day but we are being charged for the same. also the complaint status is not ever marked to complete is the app. I am unable to change the recharge plan from the app. the recharge from the app option is complex and doesn't provide and daily upis

⚠️ Do not use this app for recharges. There is a major issue if you manage multiple accounts. When one account’s plan ends and you try to recharge it through the red top-up/recharge option, the app automatically switches to the first account and applies payment there. If that account already has an active plan, both plans activate at the same time, causing money loss. Customer care simply says, “We can’t do anything.

It logs out automatically again and again, what is the use of it, how many times will I have to login by entering OTP The above problem is solved now! I am getting a very good network speed now, about 7-10 MP per second, but the last problem I have noticed is that this SIM suddenly stops working for some time after the power goes off and then there is no network for 10 to 25 minutes.

I am not able to recharge my mumbers using credit card. Each time it is saying "Not Found". When recharged using UPI transaction was successful. Had asked in support section also. It always says we will provide update after 1 hour. But never got reply from BSNL team. Not able to use the internet indoors. Please improve network coverage.

The App has flaws, ticket raised for the issue takes 24 to get noticed, the call back agent says it will be resolved after another 24 hours and it does not resolve, the call centre is either not reachable or is blank no sound from the other end, after 3 mins you get a survey, retry and finally you connect and they say they can't help. I have 10 BSNL connections I am porting out.
