Why didn't I read these comments before I used the updated app!!!?? My goodness!! I'm having the same issues. The updated app isn't working! I always used the app to send credit to others and noticed that the app has been updated, but boi I didn't expect this at all!! The money is gone from the credit card and the person has not received any credit. The email confirms transaction successful, but the email doesn't provide ANY details like the previous app! And no transaction history is showing!

I think it is unacceptable that digicel has a policy of revoking a phone number if it is not topped up with a few months. I live abroad and only number to top up when I am home. Before this was explained to me properly -by a sensible member of staff- I lost multiple numbers of hundreds of dollars in credit. Not once was I offered reimbursement. #Extremely disappointing

I am disappointed. My previous rating was 5 stars (frim 2014). I have used this app for years, but the recent overhaul has made it useless for me. No matter what kind of card I enter, the app turns in circles and the transaction never goes through. I've started to use the web version to make my top ups. Please let me know as soon as you fix this bug.

Doesn't work. Is stuck loading after submitting payment. Fix it **Update - October 2021** Still can't do jack. It doesn't even save my card info after I put it in. And it doesn't process the transaction. It just stays on the loading screen. Fix this garbage. Always have to do it online. What's the use of an app if it don't work?
