Great job guys, it becomes very clear that you are taking your position at the top of the list, just a few extra steps to replace the top driving app. here in Egypt, and I'm quite sure that you will do it very soon and DiDi will be no. 1. You just need to enable language change inside the app. or even to allow it from the Android system settings as it's confusing for some people who are used to a certain language on their mobile phones so it would be much easier for them to deal with.

3 suggestions, stop the orders from popping up, it doesn't help, quite the opposite, it maked it impossible to pick an order, add an option to calculate the fair according to the distance because sometimes, the customer doesn't know exactly where he is going, in which case, the extra cost is on the driver, and last one, add the option to show the ride details on the map when clicking on it. And how come the app interface is stuck to Arabic without language selection option?.. Really??

I have nothing to say about the low prices. but it's a total BS your politics on rejected rides, you send 10 min meeting distance that can't be rejected, then I reject the ride 15 seconds later the same ride is offered again and I can't reject it without being penalized because of it. that's pretty lame on you .

Very stupid!!!! the app opens, knowing that I am in Egypt but the language is automatically set to Spanish!!! Since when Spanish is the language of Egypt???? And there is no option to change the language!!!!! Not to mention that it tells you that you would receive the confirmation code via SMS, but they send it via WhatsApp!!!! they don't know what they're doing.

The program is great and has many delivery requests, but there is a curse called "Flex." This system is very bad. First, the trip prices are lower than usual, so customers tend to choose them. Second, there is room for price negotiation, but the customer insists on the lower price. Third, no matter how long the trip is according to the customer's request, the price remains fixed and does not change. I kindly request that you cancel Flex completely.

after update phone to android 15 i have issue in app when put online but not received any ride when my friend (android 12) have rush rides and we in multiple zone area but when restart phone issue solved and re apply again issue
