24 hours credit card verification?? Are you kidding me? What kind of business practice is this? So I spend consider time picking what exactly I want to eat, enter my address and finally add my credit card as a payment. Click pay, and get a msg that I have to wait 24 hours for my credit card to be verified? Wow! What a waste of time and poor business practice. Also most menus are in Japanese with no option to translate it. Copy/paste feature is also disabled.

It crashes a lot, they removed a lot of the options they say it has when choosing the kind of delivery you can accept. It doesn't work properly over other apps. They removed payment methods for your wallet. There's no way to contact support as a user, only if you're in the middle of delivering an order otherwise don't even bother them, you don't exist to didi.

How is it possible there's no way of cancelling an order in the choosing items mode? A client just ordered a lot of items that wouldn't fit on my backpack, so I couldn't do that order. There's no option for items that DON'T FIT in the backpack. On top of that, neither the DiDi worker service worked (tried to report the issue but no response) nor the client answered calls or messages. The order hasn't been reassigned and there's been 1 hour since tried to make contact. Terrible.

When I call the client to let them know that I have arrived to their location, it sounds busy the line, but customer said that was not using the phone at all. So, why the busy tone?

The text messages wont stop!!!!!!!! I downloaded the app for something specific that the ad promised and they dont even deliver to my area and now its constant text messages and emails that I cant see how to turn off!!! I dont want to be a driver or finish signing up leave me alone!! As of may 2024 theyre still texting me to finish signing up!!!!!
