Keep track of your parcels in My DHL. The app shows you what you have sent and which shipments are on their way to you.

Simply add e-mail addresses you used to order online, and the parcels will appear in the overview. No parcel will ever escape your attention again.

The worst. The delivery driver never hand over package to you personally, and you will mysteriously be marked as "not at home" though you were all the time. Then either it would end up in a locker kilometer away, or sometimes goes back to the seller, in which case you don't get the full refund as the merchant subtracts the round-trip shipping fee; but when you want to complain, you realize there is no outlet because this courier company have no phone number that you can call! Disgusting

The app might be useable, the company most definitely is not. Service quality is beyond useless and more like an insult. Update in response to developer: been to that links quite a few times... the results so far has been a further deteriorating of service, rather than any improvement of it.

I basically only use this app to track incoming shipments from web shops. For that purpose it does its job, but what I really miss is the ability to rename (i.e. assign a custom name to) an incoming shipment. Now the main screen just shows the sender's name. When there are multiple shipments from the same sender, there's currently no way to distinguish between them other than by looking up the tracking number in the sender's confirmation emails. Obviously, that's not very convenient. P.S. The app from one of your main Dutch competitors (PostNL) already has this functionality.

App works well, (compared to DHL delivery guys 🙈). It's a bit annoying that you have to try to add your tracking code several times, and it keeps telling you it's unknown. Fine, I understand, but let me save it, just like PostNL. I am tired of taking notes that I have add code X or Y tomorrow again. That would be so convenient. without that feature it's only worth 4 stars.

When trying to close the app a menu pops open that asks me if I want to close the app, this is very annoying and unnecessary? I've already decided and acted upon closing the app, there is no option to disable this popup either. The app itself is fine I guess, shows tracking information and the option to decide a preferred delivery option. This however also always overrides the option you choose when ordering so beware.

I have tried creating an account on different dates, different moments. The final step: "sending an confirmation e-mail" is where I am stuck. It has never arrived, not after a few days, not in spam/junk. The app is unusable without an account, which I can't create at this moment. A bug or a feature?
