Great app for tracking your progress when it comes to finally breaking those habits that haunt you at night. However, given the simplicity of the app, the subscription cost for tracking anything above 2 bad habits is more on the unreasonable side. other than that, I will absolutely recommend this app to anyone trying to improve their life.

A simple to use app that does exactly what I need it to. Starting a timer was a massive help in overcoming my addiction. The free version only allows you to track two things, which was plenty for the first 5 weeks, and the only ads were if you went into the details of your timers. When I decided I wanted to track my smaller victories too, I was surprised it was a one time cheap purchase instead of a subscription like most apps. Highly recommended.

I use the free version. It's a great basic app for tracking sobriety time. 4 stars instead of 5 because you can only track two addictions at a time on the free version, and because it's just a little basic - for example you can only choose one reason an addiction is bad for you (time, money, other) - most addictions mine included have multiple reasons why they're bad for you! But overall it does what it's supposed to do and I really like the motivational quotes in the morning.

Simple, easy to use, and does what is advertised! Though I really do wish there were more color themes or just other themes in general, maybe even an option to put a picture of your own as the background or something, because I think it could be really sweet. Say, you could put a picture of your loved ones, or maybe even yourself, and it would be a sort of "Do it for them" type of thing. I think THAT would absolutely be really sweet.

Wanted an app similar to tracking sobriety, but didn't need something drug/alcohol related. Found this one...love it! I think its cool that you can create custom "bad habits", and name them whatever you want. They have some preset options as well. You can also input the general cost of a habit, and it tracks how much money you've saved while abstaining. Also, the software is user friendly and intuitive; overall very easy to use. Super happy with it.

Time will tell if I'm able to eliminate my numerous addictions and whether or not this app helps, but for now, it's allowed me to take the first step of scrolling through the list of addictions that they list for the icons and recognize that yes, I have this addiction, and yes, I need to be getting rid of it. Even assisting me in recognizing these things as addictions is enough to rate 5 stars and buy the premium version (THANK YOU for NOT making this a monthly subscription!!!!).
