Used to be a great app, with good support. But I just had the most stressful experience ever when ordering now, and support made me extremely furious. I've been ordering for about 3 years multiple times a week at the same address. Today the delivery person got lost, declared in the app that it was delivered while it wasn't. I contacted support and they pretty much blamed on me for giving the wrong address. I have been ordering without any changes in my profile for years! Called me a liar.

It's fine and it works, there's more delivery people who use this than UberEATS in my area. But I wish they made various payment methods mandatory instead of optional for restaurant on their platform. They have a great selection of restaurants but sometimes it's a pain to pay in cash if that's the only option. It would also be nice to have language options. The menus don't have to be in other languages but at least give the app itself language options so people can use the app more effectively.

First user customer will receive 2x500yen. According to the app, we will receive after first and second purchase. First 500yen, I received it within a week. Second one took them 3 weeks! But only a week to use and I've just ordered few days prior to receiving it. So I didn't get to use and contacted them three times. Their response did not answer any questions but included that my voucher has been expired and I had a week to use. They weren't competent enough to understand a simple question.

I can't pay for food. There is an error every time with my card. There's no option to pay with cash after you add a card number. Amazon pay takes me outside the app and then closes the browser page while I try to login. So there is no way to pay with Amazon. I can't use the app at all.

Terrible UX. Why do I have to go though 4 confirmation pages to place the order? Update 27-1-2025 4 years later, this app is still one of the worst ones I've ever had to use. The fact that I have to confirm payment, then confirm again and then confirm again is just idiotic. Plus this horrible UI shows you an estimated time for delivery after the 3rd confirmation, that makes you think you already ordered when you actually haven't and will end up waiting for an order that never comes

Ghost kitchens galore in my area and no real person customer service anymore. The app is clunky and it's baffling why sometimes you can get a real-time tracker and other times you can't. It also rejects foreign credit cards for some reason.
