Great app, I'm using it a lot! But compared to the deepl website, there is one thing that could be improved in the mobile version. When I have the input set as detect language and I write something in the output language, the browser would change the output to the next language in the list. But in mobile, without manually changing it, I would translate in the same language. That would be a great feature to implement in the mobile app too.

This app is amazing! It has helped me read physical books in other languages and be able to translate some English books into other languages to help me learn them. However, one thing I want to request is that there be an update that translates the quotation marks correctly into either the emdash or guillemets, depending on how they're supposed to be presented

It's decent but not all that innovative. I'd say they need to add an on screen reader and live video translation. Oh, and also no audio or live transcription? At least not in my app though audio recording is shown in the play store images. Offline translation, nothing needs to be said there. All these would bring it a step above the others. By the way, when I press enter I want it to translate. I don't need a new line. It's silly.

Great App, better than Google. Voice Recognition for Japanese needs to be improved. 9/10 times Google voice picks me up better when I'm trying to say something, and sometimes text won't pop up when I use the mic button on my keyboard. Not a deal breaker by any means, though. Fantastic for translation or if you're a new learner practicing. ありがとうございます！

I like the app and the accuracy of the translations. But there's two flaws that drives me mad. When you use the voice translation option you have no ability to use punctuation. Other voice to text applications will automatically punctuate your speech. The other issue I have is with how long the mic will remain "hot." So many times I'm finding myself having to speak as fast as possible without pausing or else the mic stops listening and I have to start all over again.

This all USED TO BE amazing. However, sadly now since some recent update it's constantly crashing and worthless, always saying "there's an error." The only fix I've been able to find is uninstalling and then reinstalling, only for it to work a day or two and having to do the same thing again. It's a real bummer, hopefully they get it sorted soon.
