The application is terrible. There are random bugs when searching for items, sometimes the button to add them to the basket disappears and the only way to add them is to save them in favorites and add them from there. They even have a promotion now for purchasing from the app and guess what, the payment process is broken and keeps throwing errors with no explanation. I even sometimes saw different prices and product availability between the app and website. Awful experience

Not very user-friendly, quite difficult to navigate, especially the points. Often doesn't open, lags, sometimes doesn't let to leave a review, I didn't get my points for leaving reviews (it's already inconvenient enough that the points appear only after 24h, but they didn't appear even after a month), aaand my order should have arrived today, but the status is still on "preparing the order" so it's not even sent out. Really not worked through at all, please fix it.

Lots of stuff. Too much. Search function is still very clunky with lots of stuff only found by chance and often not at all. Someone in Decathlon tech dept must know how the Amazon app works - let them fix it please!! Overall it is worth the effort to use the App despite the above, and wading through the third party suppliers clutter because Decathlon kit is always reliable, often half the cost of big 'name' brands, and can even be better and more innovative.

Had to try 6 times to get the checkout page to work! And nowhere to input the discount code, or it's hidden :( Half of the products cannot be added to the basket despite being in stock. Vague product description for the goggles which makes it difficult to know what the lenses will be like. Some cover all bases - something like 'clear/smoked /mirrored lenses' but then it says the lenses are not interchangeable so who knows what will turn up in the post.

Great, except the Rewards section This app is the only true way to sift through the vast offerings that Decathlon has for any given type of item. We find it invaluable, particularly when in-store trying to find the purchase options available. We've never encountered any problems at all when purchasing things through it, a quick easy process as with any other app. Where we do have problems is the Membership Programme points - having converted points they simply disappear, no voucher.

Frustrating Checkout Process. The app slit my "shipped by Decathlon" order into two, with the second part only available as a collection from a branch 57 miles away. The website didn't. One item caused the app to force this split. The website didn't. Google Pay implementation is flat out broken. Auto complete for card details is also broken by the webview implementation. A frustrating checkout experience that came close to me shopping elsewhere.
