This is the worst and most terrible mobile banking app. it's full of bugs. I submitted my kyc and after confirming it says my father's name doesn't match with my NID while everything is fine. then, I resubmitted my kyc yet was unable to update my kyc due to that silly error. It took me around half an hour struggling with updating kyc. However, I couldn't update my kyc. So frustrating, very disappointing. Fix the issues I faced, please.

Recently fund transfer to dbbl account is not allowed. They are showing to link account. How can i link someone else's account number to my rocket app. It is disappointing for me . It is happening after new update. 😓😓😓😓

“A very dangerous trap — after opening an account and doing good transactions for a few days, suddenly they close the account along with the money. Then you will fall into an embarrassing situation. Rocket company does not solve any problems, extremely poor service.”

"This is an absolutely terrible app. It's been an hour and I still can't create an account. The service is horrible. I'm doing this on a brand new phone. Now I feel like smashing the phone. Even if I want to enter the OTP, I can't send any messages, and their app doesn't even show the keyboard so I can type it. I've been stuck like this for so long. I never had to go through this much hassle with bKash or Nagad. This app is just terrible."

Totally disgusting Mobile banking app. I tried to recover my account for more than a month but it shows invalid. Heck. Kindly test your product before release. And one more thing my account isn't empty. Either fix the issue or close the product.

It’s not enough just to increase customers; you must also ensure that customers are receiving proper service. At present, your server has such severe problems that it’s completely beyond any limit. Normally, when trying to research through your app, one has to struggle like a dog for half an hour and go crazy like one. It feels like you’ve only managed to keep things running by bribing someone, just so that people are forced to pay through your payment method.
