App suddenly stopped working, kept blocking me from logging in. Repeatedly tried to reset my password, still no luck. I contacted them twice and each time was assured they would fix the issue. Till this day, still not resolved. I have to manually top up my children's cards, which is a major inconvenience, especially since the train station is not nearby. Get your act together!

4 months ago, I made 3 top up and amounts were not credited although credit card was charged. It took a month and a half of repeated calls (was told each time they would resolve my issue in a week but apparently not) before money was returned. I was told app is working now after the final call with a supervisor. Attempted a few times today and met the same problem.

unable to add card via NFC scanning and there is no option to add card via card number. what is the point of having a card number if you don't use that function? there's nothing wrong with the NFC on my phone as I can use it to pay for things without issue, it's just this app.

If there were a negative star, I would not hesitate to give a negative star to this application... Totally useless... unable to add a new card... unable to read any cards.. unable to top up existing cards... error in parsing... error this... error that... no ending error... Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing... It is a crystal clear example of non existent testing procedure before releasing a product.. Total rubbish!

I had accidentally top up the virtual card by mistake and find my $20 added into the card. I tried to transfer back to my account & this function does not seem to exist. Being in this situation, I thought I can use the money by scanning the qr code for payment at the food stall. This is when I realise that the scanning function is so buggy and ineffective that it failed to scan sq code after several attempts! I gave up eventually and use the Paylah qr scanner to make the payment at one go!

ATROCIOUS Catch 22 ez-reload feature with an FAQ link that DOES NOT show solutions for how to remove CC/payment upon searching. Page found via Google search had outdated screenshots saying I could "Terminate" auto top up but now it is IMPOSSIBLE. Had to replace my credit card and there was no way to update the new card no. because it kept blocking "the same type of card", NOR could I delete old card because it was in use, NOR could I terminate auto top up to terminate use of old card. FIX PLEASE
