I'm completely disappointed and I regret to pay the first $21.94, it lasted 5 minutes of conversation and then I have to pay more money for more credits! it's ridiculous. but the worst part is not that, it's fake profiles, after I chat with three people I just realized that are fake, and the chat was made by AI. Don't use this app!! basically I felt robbed, and I can't imagine people who is desperate to know someone keep paying for more and more credits to talk with bots😤😤😤

My initial impression, a few minutes after opening the app ... 1) I don't see a way to add any textual content or additional photos. Does this app only support a single photo. 2) based on the fact that I've already received several chat messages, I have to assume that they all are from bots. 3) I feel lost, while navigating through the UI. 4) My two-star rating, was being generous.

Canceling the subscription is next to impossible. I get the prompt to check my email, but an email is never sent. Don't waste your time or money with this app. "Live Help" or whatever it's called isn't live. Clearly AI with prompts that don't actually solve any issues, other than solidify my annoyance with this app. Still have the subscription and I still can't cancel it 🙃

With other apps and subscriptions the ability to chat is unlimited. After paying for the monthly rate, the fact that you have to keep paying for more credits is ridiculous. I understand there are security measures in place to keep members from getting scammed, but it feels like the subscriptions are the scam. Making us pay so much money for so few credits is a complete rip off. If the security measures are in place and active, then the monthly rate should be enough to cover unlimited chatting.

This thing is an utter scam. You pay for subscription only to receive very little accessability. You still have to pay in order to talk to anyone. And on top of that next day cant even log in and it keeps saying some error! Tried to get info to reset my password and surprise surprise another Error occurs! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. EDIT: On top of my previous review, their solution was to help manage my credits efficiently. They completly ignored that I cant even get in!

The site is way too expensive. You have to subscribe and buy credits to read, send messages etc..... At least if you guys can reduce the price or change the whole thing to a monthly payment that would be good. They made this to just empty our bank account. With all these people who are complaining, you should do something. If someone send you 4 messages, to read them you have to spend $64 dollars to be able to just read them not to reply. 20 credits for $15.99 to read only 2 messages.
