Very disappointing app. It only seems useful for HR, not for employees. Most of the time, even if we complete our duty, the clock-out doesn’t register and then leaves get deducted unfairly. After that, even if we try to fix it, the app does not respond at all. There’s no proper support, no solution, and it creates unnecessary problems for employees. Totally unreliable and frustrating to use

most probably the worst app developed. it doesn't allow you to log in once you have used a wrong password a couple of times. only allows you to login after an hour and that too once. very poor experience, hope they stop the service.

I am having a very bad experience with the application. It is not working properly, extremely slow, keeps hanging frequently, and often becomes unresponsive. Sometimes it even crashes unexpectedly, making it very difficult to use and causing delays in my work.

The employee mobile number is not visible in the app (only on desktop). This makes it very difficult to contact staff quickly. Every time, I have to open my laptop, search for the employee, and manually type their number to call from my phone. Please add the mobile number below the email ID in the app itself, so we can directly tap and call. This small change will make a big difference for managers who work on the floor. Don’t hide this under “security reasons” — it’s a basic need.

worst app.when i try to open it. it auto closes itself. to open the app single time i have to try more than 100 times to get it opened and do my work.
