I rarely write reviews, but this experience with Dari deserves a clear record. Over two consecutive weekends, their team confirmed, rescheduled, and then failed to appear. Each time I received polite reassurances and new timings that were never honored. No accountability, no follow-up, just repeated delays. This isn't a one-off inconvenience; it reflects poor internal coordination and misleading communication.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a sofa cleaning service, but the work was done poorly.I raised the issue with their customer support 3 tmes, each time receiving the same generic response: “Your complaint has been forwarded to the service provider who will get in touch with you immediately.” It’s now been over 9 days, and there has been no followup.This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

Excellent Service in past. They have live chat support. And the customer service team is really very good. but now... the operations team does not listen to the issues. no more same cleaner everytime. so stopped my package and will try other company. previously i gave them 5 stars and now only 1 star due to their inefficiency.

They were great, but now it's horrible. There's an issue with each visit - delays, bad cleaning, cleaners throw things in the trash when they're obv not trash, don't ask questions or check things properly. It seems none of them are trained, & barely speak ENG/AR. For some reason they send cleaners from another company in different uniform. I don't understand but I'm honestly tired of dealing with this.

I sincerely wish I could rate your service higher, as the app itself is easy to use,the customer services respond promptly and professionally to issues and the helping cleaners are pleasant and efficient.(if and when they arrive).But, alas at the end of the day, the service cannot deliver the help you need when you need it! It fails to coordinate orders, telephone numbers and locations correctly -the result being- a cancelled order, an apology, no maid ,wasted time and cleaning yourself 😓...
