The app is useful in that you have access to a wide range of goods but delivery is very slow and the delivery partners can never find the address. The homepage is very cluttered and the print is microscopic! The worst thing is the high number of so-called 'notifications' which I only turn on hoping for delivery updates. They are very intrusive and, basically, just spam.

What was happened with every overseas product? None are appearing in the app. All of the overseas product I have added to the cart is saying out of stock. Secondly, The sellers never send what they have shown in the image, charges for delivery are also high. And also the size of app is huge, in my device it is 2gb right now.

it's an okay platform, but has gotten worse overtime. Notifications act up. mostly I don't get informed about my order updates, but get all irrelevant notifs. also, I get daraz ads on other Apps promoting adult products which Is uncomfortable and disgusting. and the ads are annoying because Even when I press cross, It somehow magically misclicks and takes me to the app. now I have app lock on it so it doesn't self open. Ads and Lag are Worst.

Unreliable service and deeply frustrating experience. I've had repeated delivery failures (reasons like 'wrong address' are false) when items are shipped via TCS Courier, while other services work fine. When I contacted support, they refused to re-ship the items and told me to re-order myself, which is unfair. ​Worst of all, due to these delivery issues that AREN'T my fault, the app has removed my Cash on Delivery (COD) option 'for security reasons,' forcing me to pay upfront for an unreliable

My experience with Daraz has been very disappointing. Whenever I try to place an order, it shows an error saying I’m using vouchers across multiple accounts, but in reality vouchers don’t even work on a single account either. The free delivery vouchers also don’t work on any account. Because of this, I can’t even complete an order. Daraz has made simple things so complicated. Very frustrating and not recommended at all 😥😠.

Daraz has become such a trash app lately. Every time I try to check out or like any product, it shows an error and won’t let me place an order. I even reinstalled the app, but nothing changed. On top of that, my prepaid order through Easypaisa got cancelled, and they said the refund was processed, but there’s no money in my Easypaisa or Daraz wallet. Totally disappointing and frustrating experience.
