The app is smooth, however there is a big problem with the payment system. Paying in MyPertamina using LinkAja was a tiring experience. After scanning the QR, it took its time to load the payment page. After multiple tries, it finally managed to complete the payment, however the transaction and the points were not being recorded in the app. Their EDC machine was also not able to print me the receipt after waiting for a few minutes. It took me more than 10 minutes for the while process.

Useless... When i have trouble with my phone, mybalance, mysignal .. fixed! I can't recharging my car. When another customer has trouble with recharging in gas station,, that's so wasting time or take long time to solve! Please be smart when you make something new decision. You need to research for a long time . I think , it's not effective and still too bad!
